How does it work?

When viewing your cart, you can see all eligible items that are available to pick-up in store. While filling out your shipping details, if available, you can select to ship the item(s) or pick them up in store. There is no additional fee for this service.

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing at the store. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no change can be made at this stage.

When can I pick up my order?

Please review your order confirmation for processing and delivery estimates.

When will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up. Please provide your email confirmation in person once you arrive at the store.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Your order will be available for pick-up for three days. If the order is not picked up, it will be cancelled and refunded.

I want to Edit or Cancel my Order

Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.

This means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including but not limited to:

  • Canceling your order or items from your order
  • Changing the color or size of any items
  • Adding items to your order
  • Changing your billing or shipping address
  • Changing payment method
  • Changing the Shipping Method
  • Adding or Removing a Gift Card
