Our Classes

Yoga classes at ALO are designed for all levels. We offer props for modification and support and to help yogis advance their practice. Flow to Stretch, Slow Flow and Yin are slower classes perfect for new practitioners to explore. Flow and Power classes are best for yogis with some experience, as they tend to get more rigorous. ALO Yoga Tone pairs weights with yoga poses and postures.

Flow

Our signature, feel-good flow that’s challenging yet accessible for everyone. This is our version of an all-levels vinyasa yoga class, always with options for modifications and advanced poses. Bonus: an amazing playlist.

Flow To Stretch

Flow with ease in this all-levels blend of vinyasa and restorative yoga. You’ll build momentum with dynamic movement, then find space with deep stretches. Prepare to feel grounded, open, and renewed from the inside out.

Slow Flow

Root into the earth with every movement in this slow, intentional practice. Designed for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, each pose is an opportunity to cultivate presence, strength, and balance. Move with awareness, breathe deeply, and find mindfulness in motion.

Yoga Tone

A strength-based vinyasa yoga class that will have you pulsing to the beat, weights in hand. This class builds strength, stability, and endurance while maintaining the mindful movements of yoga. Expect to sweat, tone, and flow, feeling empowered and centered the whole way through.

Sculpt

A high intensity yoga and pilates-inspired workout designed to sculpt and strengthen the body. Expect mindful movements, elevated energy, and next-level results..

Mat Pilates

Build core strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility in this all-levels class. Through precise, controlled movements and breathwork, you’ll sculpt and strengthen while deepening your mind-body connection. Expect to feel strong, balanced, and aligned after class.

Barre Fusion

Activate and tone your whole body, combining strength-style movements with barre technique. You’ll always keep things moving, constantly switching up exercises for a low-impact, high-energy workout. Prepare to leave with better posture, sculpted muscles, enhanced flexibility, and more grace and coordination.

Dance Cardio Party

Move and groove to the beat in this one-of-a-kind workout. You’ll turn up the energy to an epic playlist and feel your mood and energy rise with every track. All levels, all ages – just show up and sweat. (And don’t forget those sneakers.)

Yin + Meditation

Sheer bliss. This calming, slow-paced class helps you mellow out with long holds that target the deep connective tissues of your body. Props, mindfulness, and breathwork help you release into each pose. Perfect for anyone who wants to relax, increase flexibility, or ease back into movement after a break.

Sound + Meditation

Experience deep energetic alignment in this transformative sound journey. Guided meditation and resonant vibrations from crystal bowls and other instruments will release tension without hands-on touch. Let the peaceful frequencies soothe your body and quiet your mind.

Restorative

Step into a serene oasis where tranquility meets mindful movement. With a focus on gentle, grounding poses and prolonged holds, each moment is an invitation to surrender deeply. Class unfolds with deliberate ease, inviting a sense of release and unwinding.

Restorative + Sound

Join us for a deeply grounding experience that combines supported, long-held poses with healing sound vibrations. You’ll settle into stillness as the soundscape guides you into a state of deep rest and energetic harmony.

First Time Visitors

Please plan to arrive at the yoga studio at least ten minutes before class start time. If the class is waitlisted, we release open spots 5 minutes before class start time on a first come, first serve basis. Studio doors close 5 minutes after class begins. To honor the flow, no late admittance will be allowed.

Things to note:

  • Mats and props are preset in the studio for all classes.
  • We do not have towel rentals available, however you may purchase a towel in our Sanctuary.
  • Fitting rooms and bathrooms are available for changing.
  • Showers are not available.
  • Water refill is available at Williamsburg; water is available for purchase at all studios.
  • Lockers are available at our Williamsburg location.

Policies & Procedures

LATE ENTRY

To protect the safety and experience of the yogis already in class, the yoga studio doors are closed five minutes after class begins, and no late entry is permitted.  

LATE CANCEL POLICY 

A $15 charge will apply to any cancellation made less than six hours before class begins. ALO yoga studio members are allowed three late cancellations before this charge applies. Package holders will keep their class credit, but will be charged a cancel fee for any late cancellation.

NO SHOW POLICY

A $20 charge will apply for any missed class. This policy applies to members and package holders as well.
